Pastor Peer Support Initiative – Quick Overview & Enrollment

Dear Pastors,

We all are aware of the Proverbs 27:17 Scripture: "Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another."

We are striving to put this passage into action by launching a simple, relational effort within the Estrella Baptist Association—the Pastoral Peers Encouragement Program. Its purpose is to help pastors connect intentionally for encouragement, prayer, and shared fellowship.

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE

• Meet with a peer 2–3 times over six months.

• Choose any format that fits your rhythm—coffee, lunch, phone call, prayer walk, etc.

• Continue to read the information below for details.

HOW ENROLLMENT WORKS

1. If you are on the contact list of Estrella association you will be automatically enrolled.

2. For proper contact and schedule set up complete the brief attached sign‑up form (name, church, contact info, preferred meeting times).

3. Remember, enrollment is automatic unless you choose the opt-out option below.

OPT‑OUT OPTION

If this season isn’t the right time, simply click the Opt Out link in this email. You’ll be removed from the pairing list and won’t receive follow‑up messages.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS COMMIT TO

• Two to three meetings in six months.

• A posture of prayer, listening, and encouragement.

• Confidential, supportive conversations.

• A short feedback form at the end.
